Marlon Tilmon, M.S., BCBA
CEO
Marlon Tilmon, a BCBA with over 25 years of experience in applied behavior analysis, holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from California State University of Los Angeles and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. As the founder of Jade Behavioral Consultants (JBC) and Jade Enhanced Support Services (JESS), Marlon established JBC to provide high-quality behavioral services for individuals and families. His extensive expertise spans working with individuals of all ages and abilities, including those with intellectual disabilities, mental health disorders, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and chromosomal deficiencies. Marlon's career began by addressing extremely aggressive behaviors, and he has successfully transitioned individuals from developmental centers to residential facilities across California. His diverse experience includes working in various settings such as adult day programs, group homes, crisis homes, schools, and community settings.
Mey Lam, M.A., M.S., BCBA
Clinical Director
Mey Lam, a BCBA with 14 years of experience, began her journey in applied behavior analysis while pursuing her bachelor's degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her exposure to ABA at the Koegel Autism Center inspired her to work with children with Autism using pivotal response training. After obtaining her bachelor's degree in 2009, Mey delved into working in homes, concurrently pursuing a master's degree in Guidance and Counseling at Loyola Marymount University. Her roles included substitute teacher and behavior specialist for K-12 students and older adults with various disabilities. Mey's passion for ABA led her to a second master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in 2018. In her current role as the clinical director at Jade Behavioral Consultants, Mey oversees a team of BCBAs, develops training programs, and contributes to the organization's overall growth in autism treatment.
Howard Lee, M.S., M.S., BCBA
Senior Clinical Manager
Howard achieved his bachelor's degree in cognitive science before pursuing dual master's degrees—one in Counseling and another in applied behavior analysis. With a robust background, he has amassed extensive experience working with individuals aged 2 to 50 in diverse settings such as homes, schools, day care facilities, and residential centers. Howard specializes in assessing and devising client and family-specific interventions, creating client-centered behavioral plans, and fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Beyond this, he plays a crucial role in overseeing new hire training, managing staff across all ABA service levels, and leading audits to maintain fidelity and compliance standards. Howard's commitment extends to providing consultation services to external agencies and delivering behavioral support to adults with developmental disabilities and forensic backgrounds.
Theresa Bartholomew, M.S., BCBA
Director of Operations
Theresa Bartholomew, a BCBA with 25+ years of experience and has dedicated over 15 years to improving children's eating habits. Theresa holds a BS in Psychology from the University of LaVerne and a Master's Degree from Cal State Los Angeles/Kaplan University. Beyond her expertise in feeding, she has provided behavioral intervention for children with various developmental diagnoses for over 25 years, focusing on areas such as autism and Down syndrome. Theresa's role involves supporting families seeking assistance in the behavior change process, and she has been an invited speaker at the Regional Center of Orange County, ABAI (Applied Behavior Analysis International) and the international Feeding Matters Conference.
